Covid-19 FAQS
How are we keeping children, families and therapists safe?
On the Move Therapy is a registered Covid-19 safe business with the Australian Government.
All therapists have completed infection control training.
Therapists and families are required to complete Covid-19 declarations 24 hours before a session.
Social distancing and wearing of masks is adhered to by therapists during direct contact services.
We sanitise hands, resources and teaching materials before, during and after sessions.
On the Move Therapy requires families/carers to complete a log in/QR code as per Australian Government guidelines.
Restrict travel - we do not offer face-to-face services in 'hot spots' where there are known or suspected Covid-19 cluster outbreaks.
We cancel sessions if a child, family member/carer and/or therapist:
- is unwell
- has been in contact with someone suspected of exposure to Covid-19
- visited through or transited through another country or state in the last 14 days
We offer Telehealth sessions (i.e. video conferencing, phone call).
Our Commitment
